Muay Thai, translated into English as Thai Boxing, is the national sport of Thailand. The Muay Thai fighting style employs the use of punches, kicks, elbows, knees, standing grappling and head-butts to wear down and knock out their opponent. Training methods are designed to develop devastating power, speed, and superb cardio-vascular endurance.

Beginner Muay Thai
This cardio-based workout focuses on the fitness and conditioning aspect of Muay Thai. It combines 60 minutes of high intensity training drills, calisthenics, Thai pad drills, and working on heavy bags. Students will learn to punch, elbow, clinch, knee, and kick. You’ll burn excess fat and calories, improve strength, muscle tone, muscle endurance, and flexibility. The workout is fun, safe, challenging and accommodates all levels of fitness.

Advanced Muay Thai
Advanced Muay Thai is appropriate for students who have trained for at least 6 months in our Beginner Muay Thai Class. This class will teach students competition strategy and tactics, while incorporating technical sparring drills and pad training.
